Delete your Finease account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Finease and sign in.
2. Go to Profile and tap Delete account.
3. Enter your PIN to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

If you can't open the app

Email support@finease.co.in from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Finease account". If you signed in with a mobile number only, include that number. We will delete your account within 15 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your transactions, accounts, credit cards, budgets, recurring bills, goals, investments, loans, assets and insurance records.
• Your name, mobile number, email address, UPI ID and sign-in details.
• Receipt photos you uploaded.

What stays

• Expenses you shared in a group stay for the other people in that group, shown as "Deleted user", because they are part of those people's records too.
• Backups. Copies in backups are removed when the backups are overwritten, within 7 days.
